Hi- I presently live near Toronto, Ontario. I hope to retire no later than early 2021. The Comox Valley has great interest for me. Is Comox or Courtney a better retirement location. I want everything on one floor and perhaps around 1200 square feet. Is a rancher or a condominium a better choice. Is 300K buying price impossible to find? Thanks. Regards, John Hallett
